SECTION 1: NETWORKING & DEALS
Come network with your fellow investors and discuss your deals that will enable you to create winning offers to lenders, create deals within deals, sell properties quickly and much more, using the right contracts and to protect yourself from unscrupulous sellers and buyers.

Do you have deals to shop? Do you have a specific knowledge that could help other investors? Are you seeking information on how to structure your deal? Do you wish to network with other investors?

Is what I'm looking at a 'DEAL' or not?? This is an interactive meeting for beginner & seasoned investors to discuss topics amongst ourselves:
-Determine what is a deal and what is not a deal.
-Learn how to structure a deal so you can wholesale it to another person.
-Negotiate with sellers with price or terms.
-Determine seller financing options.

Please bring your deals to the meeting to structure the deal. This will be an intensive discussion with a lot of number crunching. BRING your calculator!
