Sabrina Kizzie- Biography

Sabrina Kizzie is the owner of SKL Properties of New York, LLC. Sabrina is a foreclosure expert, a national speaker and a private real estate investor in New York City. Ms. Kizzie is a certified National Professional Housing Provider (PHP).

Since 1999, Sabrina has been investing in real estate focusing on buying rental properties, tax sale properties and foreclosure properties. As a property owner and landlord, because of her love of the real estate industry prompted her to learn all that she could about the industry from every aspect.

Sabrina has been featured in Crain’s, The Mann Report and Real Estate Executive Magazine. Through her company, she has assisted in providing resources and guidance to individuals and families in foreclosure. Sabrina prides herself on providing direction on the various options available for families facing this difficult situation. In 2005, Sabrina competed in a real estate competition for the purposes of showcasing her real estate business model. She was selected as Runner Up Winner. In 2006, she was selected the First Prize Winner by the same organization.

Sabrina is involved in-numerous community activities. For almost six years, she has been involved as a mentor and Big Sister to a young child through the Big Brother/Big Sister Program of New York City. She serves as an elected member to the Board of Directors for the American Red Cross-Bronx Chapter for four years. She is an active member and volunteer for her Church in Manhattan. Sabrina has received both her Bachelor of Science in Marketing and her Master of Public Administration (MPA) from Long Island University- C.W. Post Campus.
