We're holding an event at The Westwood in Garwood, NJ on September 9th 2009 from 6pm to 10pm. We always get over 100 people to our events. Realtors, investors, hard money people, mortgage brokers, real estate attorneys, contractors, etc. I think we should hold a mixer, it will be a great networking opportunity for everyone and the first 100 people are always free. We have a full buffet and a cash bar with a round table setting. It's a four hour event with only 30-45 minutes of useful education and 3 hours of networking.
