After several meetings our membership is growing and you now have an opportunity to meet more investors than ever!
We'll use the time to get to know each other, talk about being Real Estate Buyers & Investors, and we will discuss a particular topic in real estate and show techniques and tips for being successful.
What kind of real estate market are we in now? A great market!! If you don't think that way, you need to get yourself educated, because so many people make so much money from pre-foreclosure, foreclosure, shortsales, REO, Apartment building and condo conversion, buy and hold. Do you notice that real estate is the only thing when it's on sale and nobody wants it.
Topics will include: what's going on in the real estate market (Hint: It's not what you hear in the media); how to make money; how to become wealthy; overcoming your fear of success; and much more.
