The weather is better and we are back on track!

We would like to start off the New Year by giving an overview of what is happening in the Spokane Investment market. We can discuss financing options for investors, best rate of return on investments and what areas of town are worth investing in.

We would also like to get an idea of topics that you all would like to see covered in meetings...I know several people would like to go on the "investor tour" again...so we most definitely will get that on the schedule!

    I would encourage others to attend the next meetup. Tamra and Lara are very knowledgeable, intelligent and gracious hosts. The other members of the group made for very interesting conversation.
