Hello! I'm new to real estate investing and just doing a lot of reading right now, but I'm hoping to figure out what I want to specialize in and get started next year. I have an internet business and am happy to talk SEO, internet advertising, etc.

Evenings, weekends

What are your real estate investing goals?

I haven't sat down to write anything specific yet, but basically I'm looking to be able to live off my real estate investments 30 years down the road when I'm thinking retirement.

What would you like to gain from your participation in this group?

Contacts in the industry, people to talk to who share this interest, and wisdom from those who have done some of this already!
