Hi all, Sorry for the late notice for this Thursdays game... But I wanted to give all of you plenty of notice for September 25th. Both games will be held at the Double Tree Hotel in Mission Valley/Hazard Center. They start at 6:30pm for networking and the game starts at 7pm. We average 50 people per game. We typically have 7-9 boards playing. It's only $5.00 at the door to help offset the cost of the room. We would still like to meet some of you folks... we have only met a few so far. Come join us this Thursday as we put a Real Estate spin on the game to help you get out of the rat race, which we feel will help you to do the same in real life! Playing this game may make you RICH!!! Enjoy learning about the "financial intelligence" board game of the century. This game is organized by a group of real estate investors and entrepreneurs who also play the "game" in real life. We are seeking others also interested in playing for real. All experience levels are welcome. We will show you a Real Deal just completed this week 3/1 1000 square feet with a detached garage, a new roof and newer siding for $10,250 with a cash flow of $585.00/month - the $10,250 is the purchase price not the down payment!!! Most importantly, we want everyone to have fun! We had 68 players at our last event! There is a small $5.00 fee per person to help offset the cost of the venue. We haven't met many of you yet... Come out this Thursday and play at our table, you will be glad you did!
