The North West Minneapolis Real Estate Club meets twice a month, on the 1st two Wednesdays of each month.

The 1st meeting always is a presentation on "The Millionaire Real Estate Investor". This book represents the collected wisdom and experience of over 100 millionaire investors from all walks of life who pursued financial wealth and achieved the life-changing freedom it delivers. This book reveals their proven strategies. The purpose of the 1st meeting is to introduce attendees to these concepts and raise their basic investment knowledge.

The 2nd meeting typically deals with a more specific topic in investing. The topic is presented and then the meeting is opened up so that more interaction can take place. One key concept to "The Millionaire Real Estate Investor'" is that the investor needs to surround himself (herself) with a pool of people who can serve as resources in their endeavors.

There are a lot of people in the Northwestern tier who have the desire and capability to successfully invest in real estate. This club was organized to serve as a venue to tap these resources locally.
