This group will provide everyone with valuable content and resources that will assist in their long term success. This is a forum to ask questions, learn, share resources and make deals happen. We will discuss all aspects of investing ranging from market/deal analysis, due diligence, financing, building teams, capital raising, joint ventures, etc...We will be working simultaneously with the REIA of NYC http://reiaofnyc.com/ to form a very strong alliance. This will provide our group members with sound opportunities to further expand their investment portfolio or get started!
This alliance between the groups is geared towards ACTION....we will provide a good outlet for deals and opportunities that all levels of investors can benefit from. You will gain access to the necessary information and resources to succeed in real estate!
