In 2002 Nouveau Riche University founders Jim Piccol, Mary Piccolo and Bob Snyder hitched their wagons to that age-old, proven concept, and they?ve been teaching aspiring entrepreneurs how to create wealth through real estate since.

The students at NRU learn firsthand from instructors who have made their careers investing in real estate. One instructor is Mark Kohler, and attorney and CPA who has been teaching legal and tax strategies at NRU for more than two years. When asked why he takes weeks away from his lucrative law firm and accounting practices to teach at NRU each year, he says, ?It makes me feel good to know that my students get a hyper start on their investing careers. I know that, without a doubt, they have a much better chance of creating wealth using the NRU system than by doing it any other way.?

And it appears that he is not the only person who thinks that way. At a recent NRU College held in Phoenix, more than 2,200 students gave the instructors a 93 percent approval rating. ?The company has continued to receive high approval ratings since the inception of the college,? says Jim Piccolo, CEO of Nouveau Riche University.
