Our group is for those who want to learn about real estate and network with fellow investors from anywhere in Westchester County.

Whether you're a first time buyer, looking for the right time to sell or are a seasoned investor, we hope you will join us. We will have guest speakers and a new topic for each meet up. At the end of each session there will be a general Q&A for any type of real estate discussion.

Our group meets in the White Plains Keller Williams Learning Center, organized by Scott Richardson. Scott is an Agent with Keller Williams and a Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist.

Scott has held public seminars with KES Education, and has been featured on public TV discussing the mortgage and home buying process, including credit scoring and repair.

He was recently invited to speak at Reuters Advicepoint Forum in NYC discussing the current state of the mortgage industry for over 200 Certified Financial Planners.

Scott & his wife Nicole are life long Westchester residents & Real Estate investors.
