"Hi John, I have only been to one of the EW meetings - i prefer to concentrate more on cash flow positive investments, especially in the current climate. I believe they deal more in capital growth strategies, which obviously are stuttering slightly at the moment. My coaching is aimed at cash flow positive/ HMO investments, and also creative financing techniques. I believe it how property investing should be done, as it reduces risk greatly.
