  •  Thanks John! I look forward to cycle more with you too. And I hope we will organise a few nice rides outside London. By the way, I've found a web-site which suggests plenty of good routes: www.cycle-route.com - check it out. Have a fantastic trip to the US! Tania

  •  Another excellent ride! Bostall Hill is gorgeous. We can probably do an off road ride another time. But not with my road bike. hahaha!!!
Looking forward to next Saturday. Hoping more people be joining.
    Enjoy your ride tomorrow.

  •  Thanks John. It is sure that I will miss this weekend's ride. I start to search for my next bike, may I ask you a question, what sort of bike is good for the rides? Do I need to buy a sport bike, race bike or leisure? I don't want to get a silly lady's bike that I have to pedal so much harder to catch with others, ^0*...Thank you & have a nice weekend! Zoe

  •  John,

I don't know too much about trust deeds, but I would definitely like to find out. What would be the best way to get started?

  •  Hi John,
I live in east london so it would be a huge trek for me to cycle over to SE1, especially for 9am.
I'd come on a ride if it was somewhere easier for me to get to - either in east or central london. And I think a much later start would be a good idea (for me anyway) - 11am at the earliest.

    Helen (May 16, 2008 9:23 AM)
  •  Hey John,

I think most people would consider about 12.30pm/1pm as a nice start for central London esp in the summer. Were you thinking along the river?

I cannot make this Sat anyway but maybe another time...

    Mrs Coot (May 16, 2008 7:30 AM)
  •  Hi, I just wanted to say that 9AM feels really early for a 2 hours ride. If we went for a whole day, that would make sense, but as it is, it would be preferable to go later... Don't you think?

Welcome to the group. Will you be attending EW3TG's event this weekend, or sometime soon?

  •  Hi John,

I have only been to one of the EW meetings - i prefer to concentrate more on cash flow positive investments, especially in the current climate. I believe they deal more in capital growth strategies, which obviously are stuttering slightly at the moment. My coaching is aimed at cash flow positive/ HMO investments, and also creative financing techniques. I believe it how property investing should be done, as it reduces risk greatly. In what areas of R.E do you have interests John?
