On June 14th at 10 a.m. we will have the one and only David "The Diamond" Oswald. David is considered to be one of the top experts in the nation on the subject of short sales and he lives in our back yard.

Due to the enormously high foreclosure rate right now, short sales has been a topic of great discussion over the past two years and David has taken the opportunity to train many people throughout the country on how to help homeowners out of these tough situations.

In addition to being a full time real estate investor, David also has licenses as a mortgage solicitor, life insurance producer and title insurance producer in the state of New Jersey. He began his career in real estate as a mortgage broker during the refinancing boom of 2001. It was also during that time in 2002 that he bought his first piece of property. "I loved the mortgage industry," he says, "but I knew that there was something about real estate that attracted me for the long run."

David began to purchase rental properties, land lots, do short term loans for others and he experimented with some creative financing. Soon after, he started buying pre-foreclosure properties and focusing primarily on the wholesaling side of the business, working with as many as fifty to seventy properties at a time.
