We look for areas of strong growth, development, dynamic job growth, public and private investment, acclaimed schools and universities, population growth, affluence, baby boomer friendly activities and recreation, hospitals, and natural beauty. Once we find the perfect combination of demand factors, we sweeten it further by asking the developer for bulk pricing and special terms. When everything comes together we present it to you.
