To say that the strategies of being a buyer or a seller in the residential real estate world has changed a lot in the past 12-18 months would be a great understatement. It can be a frustrating for both buyers and sellers! We will be discussing exeactly what has happened from a lending stand point and what's ahead. We will also discuss how to position yourself to be either a successful buyer and/or seller both from a financing and presentation viewpoint.
Whether you are selling and trying to attract buyers or a buyer trying to position yourself to successfully purchase a new home to live in or buy as investment property, we'll have a great discussion answering all of your questions.
