This Meetup is devoted to serving the intersection of real estate and technology. Web 2.0 technology has changed several industries, but how has it affected our ability to collaborate and create new real estate opportunities? How can we begin to serve the long tail in real estate? What is the role of social networking sites in the sales and acquisitions process? Are there better ways to collaborate with your team on projects?

The meet-ups are meant to be social, educational and fun. They range in variety from presentations by real estate technology leaders and project focused working sessions, to architectural pub-crawls and social gatherings. Primary emphasis will be placed on connecting thought leaders and deal makers.

“Mark, I think you have a good idea with Mindsink. In my previous life as an equity investment analyst I spent part of my time analyzing small cap software companies. I'm now a full time real estate investor and really haven't come across a good real estate point solution that integrates corporate accounting management software with property management software. If you are integrating the two under a SaaS platform, I think the market opportunity could be quite large. Max”
