As the summer is winding down and fall is starting up, which is a considerably busier time in real estate than the summer, we wanted to get everyone together to talk more about financing your real estate deals in this tough climate. There are so many deals out there, but what good are they, if you can't take advantage of them? It's getting exceedingly tougher especially for investors, and even for first-time homebuyers, to obtain conventional mortgages. We will not be beaten! We must shift our focus towards more creative capital acquisition strategies. And that's what we will be discussing. Special guest will be joining us via teleconference!

Since we are meeting at an office, we will be bringing in our own wine and snacks. Feel free to bring your favorite beverage and / or snack or a couple bucks to help us defray the cost of food.
