We promote "community" and help all who want to expand their knowledge of Real Estate Investing. We welcome New and Experienced Investors and believe in the concept of "Paying it Forward". Come see how you can: 1. Apply different strategies such as Wholesaling, Short Sales, Subject To's, Seller Financed Notes, etc. 2. Buy properties nationwide that have equity and cash flow. 3. Build a team that will take you to the next level. ie. Home inspectors, Title companies, Attorneys, etc. 4. Protect your investments through tax and legal strategies. 5. Earn multiple streams of income through mentoring and training others. Have you heard about the "Cash Flow Game?" We would like to help you get out of the "Rat Race" and onto the fast track where your money works for you instead of you working for your money. Our first meeting will revolve around the question, "What Is Your Dream?". Let's get to know each other and have some fun by playing the Cash Flow game by Robert Kiyosaki! Our first date for this meeting is May 13th. If you have a Cash Flow game board and are willing to bring it, please let me know!
