Hi we are Richard Stocks and John Perozzi, both active and experienced real estate investors here in Atlanta.

We recognize that Real Estate investing is a profoundly profitable business activity and one that thrives because of each persons experiences, skills and knowledge. Therefore we know that networking with and learning from fellow investors is key.

We want these monthly meetings to be educational so that we can learn and grow and also so that we may teach and grow. We know how grateful we are to our partners, deal investors, family and mentors and that this gratitude is common across the Real Estate investing professionals we meet, so we encourage everyone to mix, discuss deals and collaborate on exciting ways to buy and sell investment real estate.
