To have a schedule block of time for people with deals to get up and present them to the group. I also want people looking to buy deals to get up and announce to the group what they are looking for as well. Just think about it...If you are a rehabber or landlord; you will have access to people who are good and finding deals and be able to give them marching orders.....

I also want this to be a place for hard/private money lenders. Think about it: someone pitches a good deal. You can take it to your top rehabbers and let them know if they like the deal and the numbers work: you will provide the funding!
