How Investors can use Loan Mods in their strategies and buying houses Subject To and owner financing.

We've had so many people ask about Loan Modifications, how do they work, what are the rules and laws, etc. Heck - I even have my own questions about it! Loan Modification is becoming quite a big industry and I think it is time for us to learn all about it and make sure we are using it correctly - or even using it at all!

After we learn about Loan Modification - we will have our dear friend and real estate coach Dave Berens teach us how this tool can benefit us investors in doing subject to and owner financing deals! Dave does a lot of properties subject to and is great a creative real estate and I can't wait to hear his strategies!
