i want to join this group because i want to be surrounded with people that are also interested in the things i want to do and that is real estate investing.

yes i'am a newbie and i been reading a lot of books from successful people like Robert T. Kiyosaki and Donald trump and Dean Grasiozi and other people in real estate investing and they have been motivating me to get into real estate investing.

What type of real Estate are you involved in?
so far none but i want to get into short sale, REO auctions, and pre-foreclosure and etc all that good stuff

learn from what others have done either good or bad and apply it to my career
