We won't sit in a boardroom every month; we discuss over dinner, or a bowling night, then maybe back to the boardroom, then a night dancing...you get the picture. We definitely discuss the nuts and bolts, but we also have an opportunity to make real estate investment absolutely inviting for the NEW investor, as well as the SEASONED.
