Danica and Rob will teach you the PROS & CONS with each niche for you the Investor or Real Estate Agent.

You will learn how to write successful offers for REO's that get accepted right away! Also, they are going to teach us what is working for them: Short Sales! They will teach you what they are doing to get their short sale deals done! They are successfully getting short sales accepted and making some great money doing it!
