April 24 meeting notes

Hi everyone! I keep saying that we had a great meeting,and we really did! There is something about the inspiring stories, the kidding, the laughter, and the "buzz" that seems to happen. It's hard to explain,you have to be here. So why don't you come see us soon, and be a part of it all!

Our Spark Award winner last week was Sean Stone was born in Chicago but moved to Florida when he was just 2 years old! He says he has always had an interest in real estate and has been working with Charles Fishman on short sales and is looking for low end houses that he can fix up and rent. But ?he was voted the award for his inspiring story about his lung collapse that put his whole life into a new perspective! Congratulations Sean!

We have a Special Presentation this Thursday from John Tur who runs a Wednesday noon meeting each week in Miami and has a big following! His Foreclosure Investors Network does ongoing seminars and workshops in the Miami area and will talk to us on a couple of subjects including Fractional Ownership. Come join us at 12 noon at Denny?s this Thursday May 1st!
