Introduction
I am an out of state investor seeking to build my network of investors in the Raleigh area. My focus is delivering deals below market value to fellow investors.
What would you like to gain as a member of our group?
I would connect with a group of individuals who seek to grow their business. I have TONS of ideas. Although I am a new investor I have very big goals, so it is important to network with those who may be able to assist on this wonderful journey.
What topics would you like to be discussed at upcoming events?
Although I would not be able to make every event seeing that I live in New York. When I attend meetings physically, I would like to discuss business expansion and what EXACTLY investors are looking for so I can help deliver deals to them.
We can offer much insight into specific markets or business models centered around real estate, and we'd love to hear from you. Is there any particular area of expertise with which you identify?
Wholesaling: I focus on acquiring deals and delivering them to investors at below market values.
Where do you fit into the Real Estate Industry (I'm an investor...seasoned or aspiring, real estate agent, loan officer, builder)?
I am an aspiring real estate investor. Started this year. I have a HUGE vision. My goal is to develop housing using a wide range of new technology not yet main stream i.e. Free energy(magnetic energy) , Hydroponic gardens, geothermal heating systems
Who would you like to meet in our group?
I am interested in meeting anyone with an open mind and is constantly striving to become better. I would like to meet investors who want to purchase investment properties cash at below market values. Anyone who is positive and has an optimistic
