Introduction: Thank you for your welcome. My name is Drew Dunn. I am a Broker with Rockwood Realty, Inc. My obvious interest in the group is to meet with like minded individuals who are interested in real estate and real estate investment.
What would you like to gain as a member of our group?: Networking, information.
What topics would you like to be discussed at upcoming events?: Perspectives on the local market in the Triangle.
We can offer much insight into specific markets or business models centered around real estate, and we'd love to hear from you. Is there any particular area of expertise with which you identify?: No answer yet
Where do you fit into the Real Estate Industry (I'm an investor...seasoned or aspiring, real estate agent, loan officer, builder)?: I am a Broker who specializes in foreclosures (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, etc.) and I work with numerous in state and out of state investors. I also work with local purchase clients and cover the entire Triangle.
