- Hello, My name is Nicholas LiVecchi, I too am a transplant from NJ. Moved here 4 months ago and love this area. Currently Im a real estate broker with a local firm. I moved here for the Real Estate Potential. Im on my 8th investment property once
- What would you like to gain as a member of our group?

I would like to network with some local investors and be a key member of a local real estate wheel or investment group. I bring Experience and have assisted several newbies thru successful flips and rentals.
- What topics would you like to be discussed at upcoming events?

Witch areas have experienced the least equity growth but show all of the signs of popping up as the new place to be. Believe me I have my own opinions and will share them. But listening to others opinions has proven valuable every time for me. Areas of growth, In site to city planning and future expansion areas.
- We can offer much insight into specific markets or business models centered around real estate, and we'd love to hear from you. Is there any particular area of expertise with which you identify?

Head hunting for investments is my job. I also work with banks for short sale clients. (Im now reaching out to different groups for buyers and also potential investment partners). I am a true numbers guy and always go for the Win Win..S.R.C.

Real Estate Broker, Investor (Renting & Flipping), also have a loan officers license in my previous state but use it for intel rather than income.
