Tomorrow, Tuesday May 6th, we ARE having our meetup at the HD Realty Office at 1499 W SR 434 in Longwood. Meeting is at 7pm, but I will be there about 6:00 if you're running early.
Our topic is going to be FHA funding...since I will be spending ALL DAY in an FHA training about all of the recent and upcoming changes in FHA, including the FHA Secure loan which is being touted as the "foreclosure bailout with good rates" Please RSVP so we know how many are coming, and if your plans change and you can't make it, please change your RSVP.
