Introduction

Hello Everyone! I am the new Organizer for the Orlando REB&I Group. I am a trainer and coach/consultant for Investors, Mortgage Brokers, and Realtors. I have been in this crazy industry since 1995, and can't imagine myself anywhere else.

What role do you want or have in the industry? (Ex: Real Estate Agent, Investor, etc...)

I train and coach folks primarily interested in personal real estate investing, and I am also a licensed Real Estate Agent and Mortgage Broker.

What do you want out of the MeetUp Group?

Make new contacts, share the power of real estate with new investors, and find new properties to invest in.

Where do you see your self in 5 years with your investing? How can Meetup.com help you get there?

My investing and training will enable me to retire on June 22, 2010. I believe strongly in the power of networking and synchronicity.
