Introduction
As a Licensed Ohio Title Insurance Agent, I am interested in establishing contacts in the lending and investing community. I would also like to tap other local investors' knowledge on dealing with tenants and obtaining resources for contractors.
How many properties do you currently own? What landlord experience do you have?
My husband and I own two properties, one of which is a rental. We have rehabbed and sold properties in the past.
