Hi, I am a Realtor with Keller Williams Realty, Sugarloaf Office in Atlanta, Ga. I lived in Chgo's Hyde Park and Dearborn Park for almost 30 years. I would like to offer the group advice about the market in Ga. The state is only 25% developed.
