The topic for our April meetup will be Short Sales-Part II. We had a presentation on short sales and foreclosures at an earlier meeting.

This will be a follow up on short sales and the opportunities they present for investors. We will also discuss foreclosures and REO Opportunities. Please mark your calender for June, we will not have a May meeting because of travel. In June we are planning a "Take it to the Streets" secession on a Saturday morning and will tour 3 or 4 short sale, REO properties and discuss Rehab and strategies.
