Update for our June meetup this Saturday June 9th, we will start promptly at 10:00. We are scheduled to tour 2 properties. We will leave the office after a short meeting around 10:30 or 10:45. One is a short sale and One is an REO property. We will look at purchase strategies, rehab possibilities & exit strategies. I will also have a list of some other short sale listings I am promoting For Sale.

We will meet at 10:00 at our Keller Williams office at 3 Park Center Drive, Suite 200,Sacramento before we head out to look at property. Bring camera's if you want to take pictures, dress casual with tennis shoes and jeans, the houses are vacant and a little messy. This will be limited to 30 people.

I would suggest that you perhaps car pool with other investors because of limited parking in the neighborhoods. I will have driving directions. The address's are: 8621 Janon Ct. Sacramento,CA 95828 & 8612 Danridge Dr. Sacramento, CA 95828. They are basically off Florin Road at French Rd. about 10 to 15 minutes from our office.
