We work with other investment groups across the nation to provide access to incredible opportunities in other states and countries. This will allow our members who are looking to invest in another state or country to gather market intelligence from investors and real estate professionals who are local experts in their area, find the best contractors, attorneys and other professionals in that area, and access local lenders in other states who might offer more favorable financing.

As the new organizer, I want to make sure that all real estate investors from the beginners to the most advanced will find benefit in this group. I would like to introduce new education topics that will be benefit the membership by inviting local experts on topics like commercial real estate, landlording, rehabbing, hard-money, short-sales, etc. Please let me know what topics might be of interest, and we can do our best to find an expert who can speak to our group.

Finally, we will create a forum where we can share real estate deals and investment opportunities with each other and several other investment clubs across the country.
