Come to our Real Estate Buying & Investing Meet-up meeting to discuss or get informed on investment strategies. We will discuss or analyse properties on the market, mortgages, 1031's, foreclosures, short sales, REO's, economy, financial markets, etc.
Get informed on how to calculate real return on investment, how to interpret the numbers and how to use that information to make better (financial) decisions. First time homebuyers or sellers of single-family houses can benefit from these meetings as most of them consider their property part of their retirement. So, treat it that way.
There are no tapes or books to buy. However, I would like to request, when ready, to use my real estate or investment services, as that is the only way I receive compensation for my knowledge and time I freely give. Even when buying out of state, I can assist you with your purchase and help you.
I will try to keep the meetings humerous as well as informative, and allow for plenty of networking.
