First time homebuyers or sellers of single-family homes can benefit from these meetings as most consider their property part of their retirement. So, treat it that way, and join us.
There are no tapes or books to buy, or sign up for a monthly fee. But I am also upfront enough to ask, when ready, to use my real estate or investment services, as that is the only way I receive compensation for my knowledge and time I freely give. Even when buying out of state, I can assist you with your purchase and help you.
I will try to keep the meetings funny as well as informative, and allow for plenty of networking. I like to get feedback so I can cover topics the members want.
