For the May meeting, I would like to ask the members what topic they would like to see covered.
It is clear from my analysis and what you can find yourself on the internet, that multi family and lower end SFR's are doing very well.
I would like to presnt the following topic: Why do a 1031 exchange if you can get away with apying less than 15% taxes? Should you not simply take the money? I will give you my answer in the meeting.
