In this months meet up, I would like to get feedback from the group about the following:
1. Do you think real estate is the way to go now or when?
2. Given the current real estate and mortgage markets, what would you be looking for as investment type.
3. Why, on the one hand, are many buyers still hesitant to invest, but on the other hand , why do so many properties get sold within 21 days.
4. What will be the effect of the moratorium end on foreclosures in CA
5. Bof A, Wachovia have both informed the press they are focusiing on cloing more short sales. What will happen with home prices?
6. What will be the effect of the increased unemployment?
7. What does it mean that the inventory of high end homes ( over 1M) is growing, while the other invetories are going down ( fast)?
