The Oakland Real Estate Buying & Investing November Meetup

There is a lot of news to cover this month. I already emailed a list of changes for you.
I also want to talk about the window of opportunity (which ones?) in real estate now, and how that could change in the very near future, depending on many factors, like economy, mortgage rates, government spending, etc.
I briefly want to talk about some guru's out there who are selling houses for $50,000 (like in Indiana, Ohio, etc) with a rate of return of 161%, and why you have to be careful to sign up for those properties.
We will discuss the impact of the shadow inventory, and what it is, as well as the possible impact of unemployment.
Anyways, come and talk with us and exchange information and idea's.
I will also ask for your interest in a presentation by a 1031 exchange company. I will not invite them if I cannot get 20 people to that meeting. I have to be able to count on people who RSVP "yes".
