The markets are changing rapidly. There is a difference between the "national news" and local markets. What are the differences? I will give some statistics.
Why, on the one hand, are buyers sitting on the sideline, and why do so many properties get sold within 21 days.
What is predicted for the mortgage market? What will be the effect of the housing stimulus package?
What investment strategy is best suited for you in this market, and what happens if the market goes down more?
What will be the effect of the increased unemployment?
What have third parties (mostly articles) suggested?
All questions I will discuss with the group. Bring your input as well.
