The purpose of the group is to discuss investment strategies that make sense. Explain the differences between investing in flippers, fixers, SFR's, warehouses and residential income properties. Find out what the requirements are to purchase these properties and why and when to sell these properties for a profit. What type of profit and how you will be taxed on them, etc.
This is not a guru class and no books or tapes will have to be bought.
It is also a meeting where a "pool" can be created to syndicate a purchase so that property that was not possible to be bought by yourself, can be bought with a partner.
