I am looking to network with the group members who are interested in buying or selling houses as well as JV'ing wholesale and rehab deals.
Are their any special talents you have that members may find useful?
I am experienced with Wholesale, Short Sales, use of Options to control properties, the use of Land Trusts and Personal Property Trusts to purchase and hide your assets from false lawsuits.
