Why do you want to join our group?
i would like to join your group to help in any way i can as the saying goes" there is no one man army" and there is also "no I in team so I am ready to come to the table with all knowledgable possestion and ready to do my best.
Are their any special talents you have that members may find useful?
i am a motivational speaker and i am used being diverse dealing with many different ethnic groups and many situations as far as expediting closings loans etc. i have also worked with H.U.D and FHA in the past and still have a good reputation w/both.
