Introduction

I have been investing in rental property since 1997 and I have had some success. I am currently in the US Army and stationed here in NYC. I am however, from Port Washington NY. I look to learn more about Real Estate investment.

Why do you want to join our group?

I want to learn other ways to invest in real estate by using creative financing and other investment tools.
