    I am an investor (not restricted to the Atl mkt) and am focusing mostly on residential properties (single & multi family) for both buy & hold, & to rehab.

    I also want to find good older mobile homes (15-25 years old) that are in good condition, for purchase.

    I am open to almost anything, but prefer working with clients that are "truly" motivated due to financial circumstances. I like to help people by finding win-win solutions.
