About the Speakers

Bruce Avellanet is a 9 year veteran of real estate investing across the United States. Bruce has been helping investors earn exceptional returns for over 20 years, beginning his career as an estate planner in the mid 1980's, building and selling a number of companies from scratch in the 80's & 90's and mentoring real estate investors full time over the last 4 years.

Bruce is an expert when it comes to wholesaling properties for quick cash. Just recently, one of his students was going to make a profit of $128k on 6 single family projects over the first quarter of 2009. After 4 days with Bruce, he was able to realize a profit on the same projects of over $936k for the same investment.

Bruce is married to Kathy and has 5 teenagers. He is an avid pilot, scuba diver, and entrepreneur and lives in Dallas, TX.
