BD Adkins is one of Fort Worth Metroplex Area's more seasoned and reliable Real Estate Investors. For over 30 years he has been involved as a wholesaler, rehabber and flipper. Biography

Damon Darnall has been focusing on Probate Real Estate for several years. In that short time, he has successfully been involved in 165 real estate transactions. He also has worked Real Estate transactions and developments in NC, TN, AR, TX and also some in Mexico.

Damon's career in Real Estate was tough at the onset. Prior to investing, Damon had a successful travel business. His company was very profitable and growing. Unfortunately, the company was started and fueled by Damon's own money and credit. This venture ended when his partner drained the bank account of almost $200K and ran up the company credit cards to almost another $200K then disappeared. Damon struggled to keep the company going but ended up loosing everything.

With no money and a Credit Score of 370 Damon was at a big disadvantage. He stumbled into a Probate "Real Estate" deal and not really knowing he was able to make $28,000. Not to mention, Damon was grateful to be helping someone who needed assistance in a time of need. He knew that Probate investing was the key to financial independence with the added benefit of not having to worry about money.

Having lost both of his parents and dealing with the struggles associated with Probate, Damon has special interest in making sure Probate deals are done legally and to the beneficial interest of all the parties involved. With the assistance of attorneys, CPAs, and his own experiences Damon has helped create a very useful and up to date Probate Investing Course.

Since this initial deal, Damon has purchased worth more than 3 million dollars. He has been successful despite the many hurdles that he had to overcome to make this dream a reality.

February meeting broke all previous records with 125 very diversified and interesting investors and suppliers in attendance. The networking was great with about 55% old members and 45% new faces.

Al Schweitzer gave us a way to find property before it goes into foreclosure. This was a great follow up to the January meeting where Jackie Lange presented "Selling Houses in Lightening Speed". At the March Elite meeting you can learn how to fund those deals with out using any of your own money.
