Introduction

Hai, My is POLO and I am real estate investor, new to probate investing. I just recently returned from a deployment, so you might say I am looking to get re-established in the wholesale side of the business. I hope to own my first apartment building

What is your interest in the Real Estate investing business?

My goal is to make $8,000 to $10,000 on my first wholesale deal in 30-60 days. I plan to own my first 100 unit apartment building by the end of this year. I will earn $8,000 positive monthly cash flow by 31 May 2010.
