Sarah Till is a Tax Credit Specialist for the IRS' 2009 1st Time
Homebuyer Credit. She has been an Accountant for over 30 years and
does accounting for eight companies in the Denver area.

Sarah and her husband, Doug, are Real Estate Entrepreneurs have
been in the real estate investments market for about five years.
They buy, sell and own properties on lease/purchase or rental
agreements.

They have done multiple foreclosure short sales and are currently
investing in single family homes with good monthly net cash flows
as well as pursuing joint venture apartment complex investments.
